| 1986 - | Richard takes off the tool belts after 20 years and starts his own general contracting construction business: R.A. Schultz & Co., Inc. Primary concentration: interior commercial tenant improvements, along with new apartments, houses, and numerous residential remodels |
| 2000 - | Company expands into new restaurant construction |
| 2003 - | Richard's brother, Randy, retires from banking to join the company. Randy's extensive financing and business background helps company expand its operations and services to our clients |
| 2003 - | Company purchases the "Koppel's Browzeville" building on Fairview Avenue in Boise |
| 3/2004 - | Company moves into new offices and shop area in "Koppel's" building |
